How can I cancel my subscription?

[Recommended] Cancel through the app**:

The easiest & fastest way to cancel is inside the Playbook app.

1. Navigate to the Profile tab
2. Select Manage in the Subscription section
3. Select Cancel Subscription
4. Complete the cancellation process
5. Please wait for a confirmation message

** Make sure you are using the latest version of the application.

Cancel through the web:

1. Navigate to Playbook User Portal 
2. IMPORTANT: Login with the same email or Facebook account that you used to purchase the subscription
3. Navigate to Subscription section
4. Select Manage
5. Select Cancel Subscription 
6. Finish the cancellation process on screen
7. Please wait for a confirmation message

[iOS] If you purchased using in-app purchase on iPhone:

1. Open App Store app on your iOS device
2. Tap on your avatar in the top right-hand corner
3. Tap on Subscriptions
4. Tap on Playbook subscription
5. Tap Cancel.

2. Choose Subscriptions from the menu
3. Choose Playbook from the list
