I have bought a subscription, but I have to pay again?

When you sign in on the app, it's important that you use the same email that you used for the purchase, otherwise, the app won’t detect your subscription.


In this case, we would strongly refreshing your subscription inside the Playbook app. To do so, please follow the steps below:


1. Navigate to the Profile section

2. Tap on the Settings icon

3. Tap on the Manage button

4. Tap on Refresh


If you are still unable to access your subscription or your subscription shows as ''Inactive'', we suggest sending us a message directly from the app. To do so, please follow the steps below:


  1. Navigate to the Profile tab

  1. Select Support

  1. Select Ask

  1. Send message 


This will give us much better insights into what's happening under the hood.


NOTE: Please make sure to login to the Playbook app using the exact email address linked with the purchase of your Playbook subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will show as ''Inactive''.
