I paid for a subscription, why can't I access the workouts?
If you have an active subscription but are unable to access the workouts and are being asked to purchase a subscription, please try refreshing the subscription.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
1. On your Profile page, select Settings
2. Under the Subscription section, tap Manage
4. Tap Refresh on the upper right-hand corner of the page
*Please make sure to login to the Playbook app using the email address linked with the purchase of your Playbook subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will show as ''Inactive''.
