How do I update the email linked to my subscription?

Each Playbook account is associated with the exact email address used upon purchasing a subscription and is therefore treated as an unique user account.

If by chance upon buying a subscription an incorrectly typed in email was used or if it needs to be changed for any reason, please reach out to our support team by messaging us through the app:

  1. Navigate to the Profile tab
  2. Select “Help”
  3. Select “Ask”
  4. Send a message

Please include information regarding which email address should be changed and the appropriate email address to be used instead.

Please note: If you are unsure of the email address you mistakenly used to purchase, we would be grateful for additional information such as your credit card issuer (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and/or the last four digits of the credit card used to make the purchase. This information will allow us to locate your account more easily.
