How can I update the email address linked to my subscription?

IMPORTANT: Each Playbook account is associated with the exact email address used upon purchasing a subscription and is therefore treated as a unique user account.


Incorrect Email: If an incorrect email address was used by accident upon purchase or the email address needs to be updated for any reason, please reach out to our support team by messaging us through the app:

  1. Navigate to the Profile tab
  2. Select “Help”
  3. Select “Ask”
  4. Send a message

Make sure to include in your message the email address you are currently using and the email address you wish to be used instead.


Please note: If you are unsure about which email address you have used to purchase, please make sure to also include the last four digits of the credit card used to make the purchase as well as the date of payment and the card issuing party (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). This information will allow us to locate your account more accurately.
