IMPORTANT: It's crucial that you sign in with the same email address you used to purchase the subscription. Otherwise, the app won’t detect your subscription.

  1. Log out from the app.
  2. Sign in with the same email you used for the purchase.
  3. Avoid signing in with Facebook or Apple.

Note: Sign-in with Apple creates a separate user account as Apple provides an alias email instead of your real one.
