Can't log in on my other device

Let's say you've been using Playbook on your iPhone, and now, you'd like to switch to using the app on your iPad, but you encountered logging in issues. Here's what you can do: 

1) Log out from Playbook on your primary device (iPhone).
2) Log in with your to your secondary device (iPad) with the email attached to your subscription. If you're not sure which email is associated with your account, check your Playbook receipt.

Note: Do NOT click on "Restore" as this will result in creating a new account.
