Deleting account
Once your subscription is canceled, if you want us to remove your account information from Playbook, simply email support@playbookapp.io and we'll take care of it.
Note: you'll still be able to log in, so it's important to know:
- Logging in via
email or
Facebook creates a new account
- Playbook doesn't use email
login, but instead email
verification
- As long as you input your email, you
will receive a confirmation code
- We send
confirmation codes via email to authenticate users' identity
Once we confirm your account has been deleted, you may simply remove the app from your mobile device as a final step.
