My subscription stopped working (lost access)
If you've lost access to your subscription, it's likely caused by one of the issues below:
- Credit card payment failure
- Credit card info is missing or expired
- App needs to be restarted
To update your credit card information, simply follow the steps below:
- Visit my.playbookapp.io and log in with same email you used to subscribe
- Enter the confirmation code we sent to your email
- Under Payment Method, select Update
- Enter your Credit Card Information, and select Update
