"The code you entered is invalid"

If you see the error message above, please follow the steps below:

This error indicates that an invalid or expired code was entered. The app won't recognize any code except the last one emailed. 

  1. DO NOT enter older codes.
  2. Please make sure you are entering the code from the most recent login email sent from Playbook. 
  3. Try resending the code and waiting a few minutes.
