Why was I charged before my 7-day free trial was over?
Sometimes you lose track of when you initiated the 7-day trial period, and sometimes there are hiccups with billing from the App Store/Google Play.
This is extremely frustrating on our end too — we actually have zero control over subscriptions as Apple and Google manage all payments & refunds for in-app purchases themselves (recall you entered your Apple ID/Google account to purchase the subscription).
They will charge you if you don't cancel within the 7-day free trial period. With that said, you can easily request a refund:
