I didn't receive a confirmation code.

When logging into the app, a 4-digit confirmation code is required to complete the login process. 


To generate a confirmation code to successfully log into the Playbook app, please follow the steps below: 


1. Tap on Sign In with email

  1. Enter the email address you used when creating your account/purchasing your subscription and tap on Next

  1. A confirmation code will be generated and sent to your email inbox

  1. Type the 4-digit confirmation code to complete the login process


NOTE: If you did not initially receive a confirmation code, please click on Resend code on the bottom of the screen and a new confirmation code will be sent to your email inbox.
