My subscription is active but the status shows as 'Inactive'. What can I do?

In this case, refreshing your subscription will update the status of your account.


To do that, please follow the steps below:


1. Navigate to the Profile section


2. Tap on the Settings icon


3. Tap on the Manage button



4. Tap on Refresh



IMPORTANT: Make sure to login to the Playbook app using the email address linked with your subscription payment.


Otherwise, the Refresh button will not update the status of your subscription since you would have logged in using a separate email address.
